Artemia, also known as Brine shrimp, are an essential part of aquaculture. Brine shrimp have the ability to form eggs, known as cysts. These cyst can be stored for long periods of times and hatched at any given time to feed larval fish, corals and crustaceans.
PJ reefs magnetic feeder uses INVE™ magnetized cysts to separate the egg shells from the nutritious brine shrimp nauplii after hatching. Freshly hatched brine shrimp offer higher quality nutrients.
